FamilyAcochlidiidae

The family Acochlidiidae is represented by seven species in 4 genera. It is unusual in that there are several freshwater/brackish water representatives. One of these, Acochlidium fijiense, was discovered in the Lami River by friends of mine for whom I took this photo.
